Friday evening the moment that MSSA walks into Boutin's Restaurant, all will be surrounded by the sounds and delicious smells of Cajun culture.   MSSA plans are to enjoy  authentic live Cajun music and the taste of South Louisiana cuisine as Boutin’s promises MSSA will "pass a good time" in Cajun country.  Buses will depart from hotel @ 6:00 pm.

HAVING CHANGED GOVERNMENTS 10 TIMES since the French first hoisted the "tricolor" in 1721, Baton Rouge is the state capital of Louisiana and midpoint between the Cajun country of Lafayette.  Bet you didn’t know that its name translates as "red stick".
